Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales while upholding the brand culture. You will lead by example on the sales floor and in visual merchandising.

The role requires opening/closing routines, POS operation, and inventory safeguarding. Weekend availability is required, with hours extending during peak periods. Join a globally recognized retailer focused on customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent
• 1 year of retail experience preferred
• Retail supervisory/management not required, leadership experience preferred
• Maintain a strong customer focus and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Stay current with fashion trends and brand standards
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive; take initiative

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values
