Job summary

JCPenney is seeking a Sales Floor Supervisor to drive customer service and profitable sales growth by leading and engaging associates, managing merchandise standards, and executing sales programs. You will train and develop associates to execute merchandising, pricing, and signage, while overseeing omnichannel processes including Ship from Store, Buy Online Pick Up In Store, and curbside pickup.

Qualifications

• Directs customer service and sales in-store to maximize profitability.
• Manages merchandise standards and execution, including pricing and signing.
• Trains and develops associates to execute sales building programs.
• Monitors omnichannel processes (in-store pickup, delivery, returns) and related metrics.

Responsibilities

• Directs Customer Service and sales activities in store; resolves customer issues.
• Maintains merchandise presentation standards and pricing/signing processes.
• Trains and coaches associates on omnichannel processes (Ship from Store, BOPIS, curbside).
• Drives profitable sales growth in specialty areas (Fine Jewelry, Mattress, Window).
• Coaches and develops associates; participates in hiring for hourly positions.
• Meets performance standards across shrink, safety, scheduling, engagement, profit, and attendance.
