Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to serve as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and strong daily sales performance. The role supports store leadership, coaching teams, and daily operations on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include leading opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, product knowledge, and visual merchandising while maintaining brand standards and customer focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required, but leading groups is preferred
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills
• Good communication and knowledge of current fashion trends
• Energetic, outgoing and assertive with initiative and adaptability

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
