Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead for Hollister Co. in a part-time in-store role. You will act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure smooth store operations and a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS transactions, Omni-channel fulfillment, product knowledge, visual displays, and inventory protection, while upholding company values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; experience leading groups is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends; energetic, outgoing, and assertive.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.

Education
