Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (Hollister brand) is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure smooth store operations and a superior customer experience. You will drive sales through knowledge, visuals, and proactive leadership.

The role emphasizes teamwork, brand representation, and adherence to company values. Flexible hours include weekend availability, with peak periods requiring increased hours.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, leadership of groups/teams preferred.
• Maintain strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
