Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales.

You will participate in opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill OMNI channel orders, maintain displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and embody brand culture. Weekend availability is required with peak-time hours increasing accordingly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Take initiative and show confidence.
• Master adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
