Job summary

Vuori, Inc. is seeking a Retail Floor Lead with a focus on visual merchandising to guide the sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage daily store operations, train staff, and maintain Vuori’s brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, relationship building with customers, and leadership presence on the floor. Availability includes mornings/evenings and weekends, with competitive hourly compensation and team payout

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience.
• Work with the sales team to ensure each customer receives the best experience possible.
• Takes ownership of the sales floor and sales team to ensure customer experience is the first priority.
• Prepare the fitting rooms, find sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise style and fit.
• Forge lasting relationships with customers by engaging with them about product details and events.
• Be knowledgeable on what’s new and what’s selling well and share with customers and team.
• Lead the team on day-to-day operations when leadership is unavailable.
