Job summary

Theisen's Home-Farm-Auto is seeking a Floor Supervisor to assist the store manager in operating a customer‑focused store. You will help maintain associate morale, provide training, and maximize sales and profits while ensuring excellent service.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree preferred, 2+ years retail experience, NRHA test within three months, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. This is a full‑time supervisory role with responsibilities across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related retail experience.
• NRHA test completed within three months of starting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with scheduling and department coverage.
• Monitor associate productivity and ensure procedures and dress code compliance.
• Provide input for associate performance evaluations.
• Help identify projects and coordinate completion.
• Open and close the store and prep cash drawers.
• Liaise between manager and hourly associates and assist customers.
• Run cash register as needed and ensure high customer service levels.
• Assist with stocking, housekeeping and general recovery as requested.
