Job summary

Theisen’s Home Farm Auto is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This role requires managing front and back-end activities, training staff, and maintaining Theisen’s Brand standards across merchandising and service.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree in business and at least two years of retail management experience, with a focus on profitability, inventory control, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe needs of customers through merchandising, stock levels, prompt service, refunds and sales.
• Train and maintain knowledgeable sales associates.
• Be aware of competitive pricing and create loyal customers through association.
• Provide face to face contact with customers by maintaining presence on sales floor, interact and assist both customers and associates throughout entire store, and provide prompt attention.
• Use financial reports to understand the store's performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Monitor mystery shopper reports to meet company standards.
• May perform duties of associates including forklift operation, tire changes, and cash handling as needed.
• Analyze store financials to maintain accountability of the store budget.
• Tour stores with supervisory staff to maintain brand standards and provide direction.
• Attain customer satisfaction through associate training and addressing complaints.
• Review promotions and staffing to ensure merchandise and staffing align.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business-related field

Minimum 2 years of retail management experience
