Theisen’s Home-Farm-Auto is seeking a Floor Supervisor to assist the store manager in delivering top‑notch customer service, maintaining associate morale, and maximizing sales and profits. The role emphasizes training, scheduling, and supervision across departments within a retail environment.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (preferred), at least 2 years of retail experience, and NRHA test completion within three months of starting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related retail experience.
• Satisfactory completion of National Retail Hardware Association test within three months of starting.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with scheduling and time clocks across departments.
• Monitor productivity and ensure procedures, dress code, name tags, and paperwork are followed.
• Provide input for associate performance evaluations.
• Identify projects and coordinate completion.
• Handle cash drawers during opening/closing functions.
