Job summary

Theisen’s, Inc. in Sparta, WI is seeking a Floor Supervisor to help the store manager deliver exceptional customer service, maintain associate morale, and maximize sales.

This full-time role requires leadership in a fast-paced retail environment and hands-on supervision of daily store operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years in retail, a business-related degree preferred, and NRHA certification within three months of starting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related retail experience.
• NRHA test within three months of starting

Responsibilities

• Assist manager with staffing coverage and scheduling.
• Monitor associate productivity and ensure procedures, dress code, name tags, and paperwork are followed.
• Provide input for manager regarding associate performance evaluations.
• Help identify projects and coordinate completion.
• Perform opening and closing functions and prep of cash drawers.
• Liaise between manager and hourly associates; assist customers with questions and needs and loadouts.
