Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and drive daily sales. You’ll handle opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill OMNI orders, maintain displays, and monitor inventory while upholding the brand's culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required, but leading groups is preferred.
• Must maintain a strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of current fashion trends are expected.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive, with initiative and confidence.
• Be adaptable, flexible, and detail‑oriented; capable of multitasking.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
