Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure top-notch in-store experiences and act as Floor Supervisor. You will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and to drive daily sales.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, and maintaining visual displays while upholding the brand's culture and values. Weekend availability is required with variable hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate the POS system.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
