Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience and act as the Floor Supervisor guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You will support store operations and drive daily sales with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling OMNI channel orders, maintaining visual displays, and protecting store assets while modeling the brand values. This is a part-time leadership role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
