Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep operations running smoothly and drive daily sales.

You'll perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill OMNI channel orders, and maintain visual displays while building a strong customer focus. Schedule varies; weekends required and 12–16 hours per week expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leadership is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and inventory control.
