Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-time Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience. You will support store performance on the floor through customer service and daily sales objectives, while upholding brand culture.

The role requires leading teams when needed, with focus on customer engagement, teamwork, and maintaining store standards. Availability includes weekends and peak periods as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/leadership experience is not required, but leadership experience is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
