NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) in Belle Chasse, LA seeks a Retail Supervisor to lead associates, deliver premier customer service, and manage daily store operations. You will drive sales, maintain presentation, and ensure accurate inventory and reporting while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail with supervisory experience and strong communication, math, and leadership skills. This role is full-time and on-site at the Belle Chasse Main Store.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Retail or relevant work experience required.
• 1 year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with customers, peers, and management.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engage with customers and build connections.
• Direct customers to merchandise and inform them about events and promotions.
• Provide premier customer service and maintain positive relationships.
• Maintain store appearance and organize merchandise.
• Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs and store layout.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
• Support inventory processes and ensure accurate ticketing.
• Provide direction on assignments and supervise sales associates as needed.
• May open and close locations and provide coaching to staff.
