Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or related work experience required.
• 1 year of progressive supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Basic math, calculator use, and ability to make change.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team.
• Customer service oriented with positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers proactively and determine needs.
• Direct customers to merchandise and inform about promotions.
• Maintain store appearance and knowledge of layout.
• Cross-sell products and suggest latest trends.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and handle cash.
• Assist with inventory and ticketing; support security of assets.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and training to sales associates.
• May open/close locations and perform other duties.
