Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and identify their needs.
• Direct customers to merchandise and inform them of events and promotions.
• Provide premier customer service and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain store appearance and participate in inventory processes.
• Process cash, exchanges, discounts, gift cards and other payments using POS.
• Lead and train sales associates; may open/close locations as needed.
