Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Algonquin, IL is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. You’ll supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales as part of the store leadership team.

You’ll open/close routines, handle POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, keep displays up-to-date, analyze reports, protect assets, and embody the brand values on the floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
