Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is hiring a Key Lead in Illinois to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. You’ll act as a Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales performance.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating the POS, fulfilling Omni-Channel orders, and maintaining strong product knowledge, visual displays, and brand representation on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Clear communication and ability to lead and coach others.
• Willingness to learn in a fashion retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines and duties.
• Operate POS and process transactions accurately.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders and support omnichannel workflow.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Build and maintain visual displays to reflect brand standards.
• Analyze reporting to inform store decisions and actions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch brand and uphold company values.
