Job summary

Vuori, Inc. in San Diego is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to mentor the sales team, embody brand values, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Under the Store Manager, the Floor Lead supervises the floor, delegates tasks, and supports leadership duties. You’ll lead daily operations, motivate the team to hit sales goals in a commission environment, and stay knowledgeable about products to assist and engage customers.

Qualifications

• Available morning and/or evening, 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week, at least one weekend day.
• Must lead with punctuality and reliable attendance.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Customer service expert creating positive experiences and handling concerns proactively.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn new procedures and processes; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create an unforgettable customer experience by guiding the sales team.
• Own the sales floor and ensure customer experience is the priority.
• Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and offer feedback on merchandise fit.
• Build lasting customer relationships through product knowledge and events.
• Lead day-to-day store operations in the absence of leadership, and support inventory needs.
