Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead at the Roseville store to supervise the floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive sales through excellent customer experiences.

You will support opening/closing, operate POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, and ensure the store looks its best with compelling displays while monitoring inventory and assets. Strong communication and a passion for fashion are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
