Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to oversee daily in-store operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive sales through customer experience on the floor. This role is part-time, with hours varying weekly and required weekend availability in Roseville, MN.

The Key Lead will manage opening/closing routines, POS operations, omni-channel fulfillment, product knowledge, and visual displays while maintaining brand standards and protecting store assets.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED; retail experience a plus.
• Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. brand and culture.
