Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You will be part of the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor through customer focus and daily sales goals.

The role requires 12–16 hours per week with weekend availability and peak-season hours. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leadership of groups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and conduct inventory controls.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
