Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to oversee in-store operations and coach brand representatives and stock associates. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving daily sales within a dynamic fashion environment.

The position involves opening/closing routines, POS use, and maintaining brand standards on the shop floor. Availability on weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Retail supervisory/leadership experience is a plus.
• Must maintain a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store as needed.
• Operate POS and manage sales transactions.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders and assist customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Maintain visual displays and merchandising.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and assist with inventory control.
• Represent the brand and values on the floor.
