Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to guide the in-store experience and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates.

This role sits on the store leadership team and drives performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales results. The position requires a high school diploma or GED (1 year retail experience preferred) and emphasizes exceptional interpersonal skills, fashion awareness, and the ability to lead by example.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading groups is a plus.
• Maintain a strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends and be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and the ability to balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays to support promotions.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
