Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Floor Supervisor to assist in managing store operations and lead staff in the absence of management. You will supervise daily activities, drive customer service excellence, and support losses prevention and safety programs in a busy hardware store environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating store operations, training associates, and communicating issues to the General Manager. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and aligning with Ace's core values.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience preferred.
• Hardware experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting (up to 25lbs) and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Project a positive representation of Ace Retail Group.
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems.
• Greet customers entering and throughout the store.
• Thank customers when finished and leaving the store.

• Ensure all calls and pages are answered promptly and courteously.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve problems with Ace Retail Group's best interests in mind.
