Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor. You will be part of the store leadership team, driving performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

Schedule varies weekly, with 12–16 hours per week and mandatory Saturday/Sunday availability, plus holidays and peak periods when hours increase to meet business needs.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory experience not required; leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive; take initiative.
• Adaptability and flexibility; manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Engage in proactive learning and thinking; strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
