Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise store floor activities, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales through customer experience. Schedule requires weekend and holiday availability with 12-16 hours weekly, and higher hours during peak periods.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, visual merchandising, and executive presence on the sales floor as part of the store leadership team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred (1 year).
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register and POS systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
