Qualifications

• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Leadership/experience guiding groups or teams is a plus.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate effective communication and knowledge of current fashion trends.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and uphold company culture.
