Abercrombie & Fitch Co. on the Fort Lauderdale storefront seeks a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. You will serve as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales.

The role requires opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling OMNI Channel orders, maintaining visual displays, and analyzing reports to inform decisions. Strong customer focus and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fashion knowledge.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative.
• Adaptable, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and learn proactively.
• Strong work ethic.
