Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead in Florida to supervise the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance through outstanding customer experiences and teamwork.

The role includes opening and closing routines, operating the POS, fulfilling OMNI channel orders, building visual displays, and analyzing reports to inform inventory and sales decisions. Schedule requires 12–16 hours weekly with Saturday/Sunday availability and holiday shifts; prior retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
