Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Texas seeks a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the floor. You’ll act as Floor Supervisor, coaching teams and driving daily sales through excellent customer service and visual execution.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling omni-channel orders, maintaining displays, and analyzing reports to inform store decisions while protecting assets and upholding brand values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, but leadership potential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
