Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to champion in-store customer experience on the sales floor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates for optimal store performance.

This role sits on the store leadership team and drives daily sales through product knowledge and brand execution. Responsibilities include supervising opening/closing, operating POS, fulfilling omni-channel orders, creating strong visual displays, analyzing reports, and protecting store assets while supporting peak

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience is not required; leadership experience preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
