Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years in retail, or 5 years in retail with customer service experience.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor) and supervising teams.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates; cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to obtain applicable sales licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Coach and train staff, delegate tasks, monitor performance and ensure coverage.
• Manage customer-facing and non-customer-facing activities; maintain store safety and merchandising input.
