Lowe's is seeking a Sales Floor Department Supervisor to lead a team and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced home improvement setting. You will coach associates, delegate tasks, manage safety, and assist with merchandising decisions while ensuring department coverage and strong store performance.

The role requires strong retail experience, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to operate store systems; occasional MOD duties may apply.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 3 years retail OR 5 years retail experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
• 1 year supporting Pro customers (Pro Department Supervisor).
• Experience directing or supervising teams.
• Experience training, mentoring and developing associates.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to obtain sales licensure or registration as may be required by law.

• Lead and coach a team of associates to deliver the best customer experience.
• Assist with down stocking and area recovery; input merchandising decisions.
• Monitor use of store power equipment and coach safe lifting practices.
• Oversee customer-facing and back-end tasks; manage performance and coverage.
• Open/close the store or serve as manager-on-duty as needed.
• Travel occasionally to meetings or trainings to support nearby stores.
