Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a Key Lead to act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive sales through excellent customer experiences.

The role sits on the store leadership team, with responsibilities spanning opening/closing routines, POS operation, OMNI channel fulfillment, visual merchandising and data-informed decision making. Strong communication and a passion for fashion are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
