Job summary

Vuori is seeking a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team and embody Vuori’s brand values through knowledgeable product discussions and an upbeat attitude. This leader supervises the floor, delegates tasks, and acts as a go-to for store operations under the General Manager.

Availability for mornings/evenings and weekend shifts is required. You will motivate the team, drive sales, stay informed on new products, and nurture relationships with customers while ensuring exceptional in-store

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience by guiding the sales team.
Own the sales floor and ensure the customer experience is the top priority.
Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide feedback on merchandise fit.
Build lasting customer relationships through product knowledge and events.
Lead daily store operations in the absence of store leadership.
Maintain inventory, merchandising, and store cleanliness to support sales goals.
