Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to drive a quality in-store experience by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor. You’ll be part of the store leadership team, focused on customer experience and achieving daily sales goals.

The role requires flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, with a 12-16 hour weekly schedule. No supervisory experience is required, but strong communication and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience: at least 1 year preferred.
• Supervisor/Managerial experience: not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate POS systems and registers.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
