Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor. You will be part of the store leadership team, driving performance through customer focus and daily sales goals.

Your schedule varies, with 12–16 hours weekly, requiring weekend availability and some holidays. You will open/close, operate POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, and support a dynamic visual display and inventory process.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, but leading groups/teams is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
