Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and help drive store performance through daily sales and customer focus.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating POS, fulfilling omni-channel orders, maintaining visual displays, and analyzing reports to inform decisions. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, leadership potential preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills.
