The role requires scheduling flexibility, including weekends and holidays, with hours increasing during peak periods to meet business needs. You will be part of the store leadership team, focused on brand standards and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/leadership experience not required; leadership ability is a plus.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and professional demeanor.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive; take initiative.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
