Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to oversee in-store operations and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor. You will support a high-energy customer experience, drive daily sales, and contribute to store performance while upholding company values.

The role involves varied weekly schedules with 12–16 hours per week, weekends and holidays required, and increased hours during peak times. This position emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and adaptability.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required; leading groups or teams is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
