Job summary

Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions in the United States is seeking an Associate Field Service Technician to maintain store technologies and POS equipment across retail environments. You will perform installations, basic diagnostics, repairs, and on-site support, following established Toshiba procedures.

This role requires extensive travel, strong customer communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision after training.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of personal computer technology, network infrastructure, and retail devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic repairs and services on products using standard maintenance packages and diagnostics.
• Travel within territory or nationally to install, relocate, discontinue, and modify retail POS equipment.
• Communicate status with customers and store management to ensure satisfaction and timely service.
• Plan, prioritize, and schedule work to meet service level objectives; arrange travel using approved tools.
• Document installation activities per Toshiba standards and manage stock to support customers.
