2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager in Jacksonville, FL. You will advocate the Samsung brand, train staff, coordinate structured store visits, and optimize travel across territories to drive sell-out results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management, product training and demonstrations, retail concepts, merchandising, and displays.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of directly related experience; Bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Brand advocacy: act as Samsung brand ambassador and engage customers.
• Schedule planning: maintain structured visits across multiple locations.
• Store visit guidelines: follow protocols and uphold brand standards.
• Travel routing: optimize travel across assigned territories.
• Product expertise: demonstrate Samsung mobile products and ecosystem.
• Merchandising: ensure displays meet brand standards and visuals.
• Training: conduct training for retail sales teams on Samsung products.
• KPI achievement: drive unit sell-out through planning and execution.
• Relationship building: partner with store managers to align goals.
• Field execution: execute initiatives across channel locations.
