Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management and retail concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent work experience.
• Travel up to overnight stays; reside within territory; والسي within 5-mile radius of outermost store to ensure efficient travel.

• Training Retail Sales Associates: conduct product trainings for staff.
• KPI Achievement and Sales Drive: meet KPIs and drive unit sell-out.
• Relationship Building with Retail Managers: nurture store manager relationships.
