Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager to drive brand awareness and sell-out in multiple retail channels. You will train staff, maintain merchandising standards, and optimize store visits while traveling within the market.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage.
• Ability to travel throughout your assigned market, including occasional overnight stays (company-paid hotel accommodations provided when applicable).
• Willingness to travel within the continental U.S. up to two times per year for training or special events.
• A valid REAL ID (or other TSA-approved identification) for domestic air travel.
• Demonstrates self-motivation, time management, and results-driven work ethic.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to train and influence retail employees.

Responsibilities

• Brand advocacy as Samsung ambassador to customers.
• Schedule development to optimize store visits across locations.
• Follow store visit protocols and maintain professionalism.
• Implement routing strategies to maximize coverage and reduce travel time.
• Demonstrate Samsung product features and ecosystem to customers.
• Oversee Samsung display merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Train retail sales associates on Samsung products and ecosystem.
• Achieve KPIs and drive unit sell-out through planning and execution.
• Build relationships with retail store managers to align sales objectives.
• Drive field initiatives through daily store visits across channels.
