Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager to drive brand awareness and product knowledge through store visits and staff training.

The role focuses on merchandising excellence, delivering training, and improving the shopper journey to increase sell-out across multiple retail channels. Travel within the market and occasional overnight stays are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in multi-unit territory management and product demonstrations.
• Experience with retail merchandising and displays is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing is preferred; alternative related experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Brand advocacy for Samsung across assigned retail locations.
• Schedule visits to multiple stores and manage travel between locations.
• Train retail staff on Samsung products and ecosystem to boost sell-out.
• Ensure displays meet Samsung brand standards and guidelines.
• Build relationships with store managers to align sales goals.
