Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Samsung Electronics America, is hiring a full-time Retail Field Sales Manager to advocate for Samsung brands, conduct product training, and drive in-store sell-through across assigned markets.

This role requires extensive travel within the continental U.S., a valid REAL ID, reliable transportation, and the ability to work Tuesday through Saturday with weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automotive insurance coverage.
• Ability to travel throughout your assigned market, including occasional overnight stays.
• Willingness to travel within the continental U.S. up to two times per year for training or special events.
• A valid REAL ID (or other TSA-approved identification) for domestic air travel.

Responsibilities

• Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering Samsung’s image through product expertise and customer engagement.
• Scheduling Effectiveness: Develop and maintain a structured schedule for store visits across locations.
• Store Visit Guidelines: Follow store protocols while maintaining professionalism with retail partners.
• Cluster Routing for Travel: Implement routing strategies to optimize travel and coverage.
• Product Expertise: Be an expert on Samsung mobile products and ecosystem to demonstrate key features.
• Merchandising and Brand Standards: Oversee Samsung displays and visual presentation per brand standards.
• Training Retail Sales Associates: Conduct training sessions on Samsung products and ecosystem.
• KPI Achievement and Sales Drive: Meet KPIs and drive unit sell-out through planning and execution.
• Relationship Building with Retail Managers: Build strong relationships with store managers to align sales objectives.
• Field Execution: Drive field initiatives through daily store visits across channels.
